Dear Readers,
Welcome to dualmeet.com, a news and information website dedicated to relaying information and stories about California wrestling! It wasn’t long ago when I, myself, began wrestling and gained interest in all the competition throughout my region and throughout the entire state. However, growing up in an age of information instantly available through the media on the television and internet, I personally found wrestling information relatively unattainable and searching for anything online was about as frustrating and irritating as cutting weight before a tournament.
I did find a few news sources available that focused on all levels of competition, but browsing through these sites was intimidating, and with good reason too. Placing all of the information on wrestling on one broad news board is too convoluted and difficult to disseminate. There are quite a few age divisions of competition, weight brackets, and 50 states to find information about wrestling in the United States. Multiply this by two to account for both genders and it’s plain to see that sorting these is no easy task.
This is what this what dualmeet.com is meant to do for the viewer; to simplify the process of finding information while providing entertaining commentary and articles about tournaments, dualmeets, up and coming wrestlers in the area, wrestling techniques, training ideas, and new products. Truly, this site is here to accomplish these arduous laborings with one simple and critical wrestling concept: to find the easiest way to do the hardest things.
